FAISALABAD: a woman has backtracked daily once she according to the police that she was raped by 3 sons of a West Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MNA.
The woman told the police that she failed to wish to pursue the case.
Earlier on weekday night, she submitted Associate in Nursing application to the police alleging that she, together with her 2 friends, visited Jhal Khanuana marketplace for searching once armed sons of the MNA bundled her into a vehicle at point and sped away.
She claimed that the automobile riders had taken her to a house in Raza city, wherever six individuals below the influence gang-raped her and recorded her humiliation on the movable cameras.
Following her criticism, the police registered a case below Section 376-II of the West Pakistan legal code.Sources told Dawn the woman had been taken to DHQ Hospital for medical on weekday night however she refused to look before the doctor.
On Saturday, they said, the woman submitted Associate in Nursing application to the Madina city police claiming that she had not been raped by Associate in Nursingyone rather she had an exchange of word with the suspects over some issue.
A officer same the FIR would be quashed on the idea of the applying of the woman. He claimed that the police failed to arrest any suspect as they learnt that either side would reach a reconciliation.
City officer Sohail Habib Tajik confirmed that the woman had withdrawn her previous version in Associate in Nursing application.
