ISLAMABAD: The Protection of Asian nation Bill 2014 has been approved by the National Assembly.
The National Assembly session was chaired by Speaker Ayaz Sadiq wherever the bill was tabled by Federal
Minister Zahid Hamid. The bill had already been approved nem con by the Senate on Gregorian calendar month
thirty.
The bill which can stay in impact for 2 years was opposed by the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) whereas the Asian nation
Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) failed to participate in option.
According to the bill, before shooting a militant permission can have to be compelled to be sought-after from a
Grade fifteen or equivalent officer. someone will be detained for sixty days and a warrant won't be needed,
however, a remand are going to be needed from the judicial judge. Judicial magistrates also will learn of the
