They have been defendant of damaging property, assaultive police, snatching their wireless sets,   inflicting harm to Associate in Nursing armoured self-propelled vehicle and making a law and order   scenario.  Section seven of the Anti-Terrorism Act has additionally been invoked within the FIR lodged by SHO   Raja Musaddiq at the field station house.  “Dr Qadri is among the defendant as a result of he had asked PAT employees to collect and protest   against the govt.,” the SHO aforesaid.
