ISLAMABAD: Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui of the capital of Pakistan state supreme court (IHC) has restrained the central from creating appointments on high-profile positions that violate the Supreme Court finding of fact within the Khawaja Asif case.
The petition on that the order was given was filed by Dawood Ghazanavi. He alleged that the central had tried to dodge the directives of the Supreme Court that had ordered that appointments to prime slots of public sector organisations be created through a commission.

Barrister Ghazanavi told Dawn that the govt. had created appointments on prime positions within the Asian country Steel Mills, National Power Construction Corporation, Asian country electrical power Company, Asian country business enterprise Development Corporation, {pakistan|Pakistan|Islamic Republic of Asian country|West Pakistan|Asian country|Asian nation} tv and also the Competition Commission of Pakistan following the supply of January thirteen exemption order.
“I can file a separate petition against these appointments within the IHC,” he said.
