Islamabad: Over A Hundred Body from Varied Faculties of
Thought Declared On Sunday Zarb-e-Azb, The Activity Being Distributed against
terrorist and militants in North Waziristan Agency, as Jihad.
The Decree (Fatwa) was issued once a gathering of non
secular Students that was organized by the Sunni body board here on Sunday.
The Decree referred Verse No 33 Of Surah-e-Almaidah, that:
Says: “Crushing of the tries to disrupt peaceful atmosphere in an exceedingly
Muslim State is jihad.”
The decree aforesaid that the state was guaranteed to
support the continuing operation in North Waziristan Agency and in step with
shariat the folks opposing it were rebellious.
Nation is guaranteed to support the NWA activity.
It aforesaid that the state had the correct to deal rebels
with associate iron hand because the militants had dead many innocent folks and
targeted faculties, shrines, hospitals and etc. Islam, it added, Didn’s enable
individual Jihad.
The decree was signed by Allama Ghufran Mehmood Sialvi,
Mahoun Sharaf-udin, Liaquat Ali Rizvi, Mahound Usman Rizvi, Mahound Hanif
Attari, Mahound Arif Chishti, Khateeb Ahmed, Qadri Saeed-ur-Rehamn, Ghulam
Mustafa Shakir, Abdul Latif Qadri, Khalilur Rehman, Mahound Farooq Chishti,
Waseemul Haq Naqvi, Khalid Mahmood Zia, ruler Qadri, Muhammad Abdul Rasool
Khan, Ayaz Ali Saeedi, Asif Saeed Qadri, Nisar Ali Noori, Mahound Shahbaz ali,
Mahound Ahsen Naqeebi, Mahound Saleem Qadri, Mahound Rizwan ahmed Rizvi, Ayaz
Ahmed Naeemi, Mahound Shahid Mehmood Abbasi, Allama Riaz Ahmed Hazarvi and
others.
