KARACHI: Sindh government on Sunday set to impose a five-day ban on seat riding in city ranging from from nowadays Sunday, July twenty seven to make sure security on the occasion of monotheism competition of Eidul Fitr.

Sindh home department, in a very notification issued nowadays aforesaid that the ban on seat riding can stay in impact until time of day Lammas.

Provincial Home Secretary Niaz Abbasi aforesaid the ban would inherit impact forthwith.

Security agencies had asked town administration to impose seat riding ban to avert any untoward incident due security threats earlier than Eid.

There were reports of terror activity earlier than the holy competition, sources aforesaid. Senior voters, journalists, ladies and personnel of enforcement agencies are going to be exempted from the ban.
