Kashmiri Kofta Gravy

Recipe Ingredients:

    1.Chicken mince 1 kg
    2.Onion 2
    3.Eggs 2
    4.Bread slice 2 to 3
    5.Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
    6.Kashmiri chili paste 2 tbsp
    7.Cumin powder 1 tsp
    8.Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
    9.Baking powder ½ tsp
    10.Oil for fry
    11.Salt to taste
   
For gravy:
    12.Tomato puree 1 cup
    13.Kashmiri chili paste ½ cup
    14.Yogurt 1 cup
    15.Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    16.All spice powder 1 tsp
    17.Cumin powder 1 tsp
    18.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    19.Chopped onion 2
    20.Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
    21.Salt to taste

Recipe methodology


In a pan add onion to fry on high flame for one minute. Then add one chopper with one weight unit chicken mince, a pair of to three bread slices, a pair of cooked onion, 2 eggs, a pair of tbsp crushed garlic, a pair of tbsp kashmiri chili paste, one tsp cumin powder, one tsp crushed black pepper and salt to style to form paste. currently build balls from mixture and lightweight fry them.
